In my first ever Home Economics Class back when I was 13 years old, we were tasked to cook this particular dish. It wasn’t a dish that was cooked in my household, but surely a dish we can find in many of the food stalls around my home country, Malaysia. It was said that this dish has been around for centuries, and they used to serve this in the royal courts.
