One of the beautiful things about blending with essential oils is the myriad of aromatically therapeutic combinations we can create. There are so many potentially magnificent medleys!

However, it can be tough to narrow down the options. When I am blending for a primarily physical issue, I frequently choose to approach it from a chemistry perspective, specifically by looking for the same components across oils. This is often called 'component blending.'
