Tulsi, also known as Holy Basil (Ocimum sanctum), is a revered herb in Ayurvedic medicine and Hindu tradition. Due to its wide range of health benefits and spiritual significance, it's often called the “queen of herbs.”

Tulsi plants typically grow between 12 to 24 inches (30 to 60 cm) tall, although they can occasionally reach up to 36 inches (90 cm). They tend to be an erect, bushy plant with a branching structure. The leaves are ovate to elliptical, with pointed tips and a slightly serrated edge. They are generally deep green but can vary to purple or reddish hues depending on the variety. The leaves have a slightly textured surface and can be smooth or hairy.
